Thank you for submitting your request to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We confirm that we have received your request.

Processing Your Request

VideoAmp’s general verification process for a CCPA request utilizes both a digital identifier (by either recognizing an existing VideoAmp cookie ID or placing a VideoAmp cookie on your browser) and the information you submitted in our CCPA request web form. Our process also entails a service provider to recognize or place its cookie ID on your browser when you visit our web form. If we need additional information from you as part of the verification process we will send you a follow-up request via the email that was provided in the web form.

When can you expect a response from us?

If you have submitted a “Request to Know” or a “Request to Delete” your personal information, we will respond to your request within 45 days from the date we received your request (unless we have already granted or denied your request). If you have requested that we “Do Not Sell” your personal information, we will comply with your request to opt-out no later than 15 business days from the date we received your request.
