The Interview Process

14 business days

We'll introduce you to some of the exciting things going on at VideoAmp, discuss your experience and ask you what you're looking for in your next role.

Turnaround time between stages 48 hours

We'll discuss your background and skills in detail and provide you with information about the role you've applied for and the culture at VideoAmp.

Turnaround time between stages 24 hours

We're looking for basic CS fundamentals, coding, collaboration and problem solving skills. This will be a milestone-based approach for a business-focused problem.

Turnaround time between stages 48 hours

We're looking for system design, coding, collaboration and problem solving skills. There are two options for this interview: we'll present you with a problem, and you'll design a solution from scratch, or you'll pick a system you've built in the past, recreate it visually, and we'll ask you questions about your process.

Turnaround time between stages 48 hours

You'll meet with a variety of Vampers and discuss your coding interview, experience and skill set. We'll go over our strategy, culture and values, and answer any questions you may have.

Turnaround time between stages 24 hours

The Offer Process

You'll have a call with your Talent Advisor to go over the offer, role, compensation, culture or anything else you need to know to inform your decision.

The way we onboard is an immersive experience that is customized to help new Vampers ramp up quickly with confidence during their first 90 days. Welcome to the team!
