The Interview Process

14 business days

We’ll introduce you to some of the exciting things going on at VideoAmp, discuss your experience and ask what you’re looking for in your next role.

Turnaround time between stages 48 hours

We’ll discuss your background and skills in detail and provide you with information about the role you’ve applied for and the culture at VideoAmp.

Turnaround time between stages 24 hours

You’ll meet with a variety of Vampers and discuss your background, experience and skill set. We'll go over our strategy, culture and values, and answer any questions you may have.

Turnaround time between stages 48 hours

Here you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your sales skills. We'll ask you to pitch VideoAmp to us as if we were a prospective client or agency. We don't expect you to be a VideoAmp expert YET, but what we are looking for is preparedness, overall approach and creativity. Do your homework, impress us with your stylistic flair and most importantly: have fun!

The Offer Process

You’ll have a call with your Talent Advisor to go over the offer, role, compensation, culture or anything else you need to know to inform your decision.
