Peter's extensive career includes leadership roles at Tribune Media, FOX Entertainment, FX Networks, and Discovery Communications, where he achieved impressive milestones and led award-winning initiatives. As President of Technology & Strategy, Tony oversees product, engineering, and partnerships. Tony focuses on the acceleration and innovation of VideoAmp’s planning, measurement and optimization solutions, along with the big data that supports it. Prior to VideoAmp, Tony served as a senior leader at Google for 15 years running data science and engineering teams and creating products for advertising planning, optimization and measurement. Tony holds a M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics and a M.S. in Engineering from the University of Colorado.

As Chief Product Officer, Josh leads VideoAmp’s product, program management and business development teams. Under his guidance, these teams develop the product strategy, design and roadmaps for the products that are making advanced currency a reality through big data powered planning and measurement. Prior to joining VideoAmp, Josh spent 11 years in product at Google working on Ad Measurement where he created new platforms for cross screen and outcome measurement. He also launched Google Drive in 2012 and developed new products for Google Pay and Shopping. Josh holds a BS in Computer Engineering and MBA from Texas A&M University.

Peter “Pete” Bradbury is a growth and transformation leader with 30 years of industry experience and a proven track record of building profitable sales operations, enablement infrastructures and multibillion-dollar product and service contracts for Fortune 500 brands across Big Tech, FMCG, CPG, media, sports, and entertainment. Prior to joining VideoAmp in 2024, Peter spent 26 years at Nielsen where he oversaw all aspects of the domestic media commercial enterprise. Bradbury holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Bentley University and certifications from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Jenny oversees the company's global marketing efforts, drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. With over 20 years of experience in advertising and entertainment, she has held senior marketing roles at Netflix, HBO, and Hulu, where she led the development and execution of successful marketing strategies. Jenny is known for her expertise in creating innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and has been recognized as one of the most influential women in advertising by Adweek.

As Chief Financial Officer and VideoAmp Board Member, Paul oversees the exponential growth and scaling of VideoAmp's business. A legendary financial leader in the ad tech industry, Paul has led both private and public companies through hyper-growth, mergers and acquisitions and IPO, bringing extensive expertise to the position.

As Chief People Officer, Marisa is responsible for creating strategic talent plans to support the candidate process and employee lifecycle. Marisa is a strategic leader reimagining the workplace experience while aligning her organization's business purpose to each employee’s wildest ambitions. She is a certified Results-Based Coach from The NeuroLeadership Institute and has advanced certificates in strategic human capital and advanced organization design from The Center for Effective Organizations at USC.

Prior to a career in the People space, Marisa was a professional performer and vocalist. Marisa now lives with her growing family in Los Angeles.
